1881: Derecho Judicial 10 c. bistre revenue overprinted "Habilitado / para / Correos" for postage (Edifil 66A), a single example used on 1881 cover to Calbayoc, Samar province tied by "MANILA" thimble cds (Feb 17) in black, with repeated fine strike on reverse. An exceptionally rare stamp in used condition (unpriced thus in Scott) and a fine cover. Cert. Graus (1996).
