1852: Napoleon III 10 c. bistre, 20 c. blue, 40 c. pale orange and 80 c. carmine, margins touched to fine, used on 1853 entire letter from Paris to Bogotá, Colombia at 1 fr. 50 centime rate, tied by 'gros points' obliterator. 'London / Paid' transit cds (March 2) in red with oval CARTAGENA / DEBE in red and charge marking '1½' (real) applied for internal rate. Faults but a scarce franking to an unusual destination. Cert.
