Israel 1948 Interim - Postage due cover mailed from Tel Aviv to Ramat Gan, franked with unauthorized stamp & taxed in Ramat Gan 20 Mil pair of Negev pipe line stamps tied by Ramat Gan postmark. Hebrew hand notation on front  "To pay 20 Mils". Cover mailed by Chzach Bezalel 66 street Tel Aviv to Amnon Rithbird Yaalom 102 Street Ramat Gan.  VF & very rare usage of Interim stamps as postage dues.
