Palestine Stamps 1918 Blues issue  DISCOVERY - Bale #4 5 Mil (right stamp in scans) use stamp with left overprint shifted to the right, Also boxed lines covered the values in 4 corners are shifted. The overprints right & left partly broken & uneven compare to a normal stamp at left. In addition the 2 English letters "L" at right sign slightly diagonal. This happened due to movement of the plate during printing process. The stamp tied by APO SZ14 postmark dated September 1918.  APO SZ14 British military location splits between Rehovot & Beer Sheba in Palestine. F-VF.
