PROCERES SMALL SIZE: Over 115 covers used in 1970s and early 1980s, all with postages that include stamps of the "Próceres small size" issue in varied combinations and rates, ALL DIFFERENT, some with defects, most of fine to very fine quality. Some are fantastic, there are very scarce multiples and rare rates, great lot for the specialist! There is a wide range of rates from hyper inflation periods!!
