RARE VARIETY: GJ.4029v, 2014 Right to vote to 16-year-old citizens, block of 10 with extremely rare shifted perforation in the 3 bottom rows, the top margin IMPERFORATE (those stamps without "UP"), and the stamps in the second row MUCH SHORTER, to compensate for the larger size of the bottom stamps, from the left part of the sheet and including 5 LABELS. Very notable, only one sheet is known (4 similar pieces, and this one is the ONLY ONE with labels), great modern rarity!!
