MECKLENBURG F. 8.768" quite clear in purple on North German postal stationary envelope 1 Groschen without wide despatch datestamp as parcel cover with red chalk marking "fr 2 ½" (Groschen) to Rostock with despatch datestamp. The envelope with vertical fold and signs of ageing with water stains in the margin. Despite the imperfections, still a fine cover with the Franco cancellation as the sole despatch datestamp, very rare in this form and so far only two partial bar frankings have been registered
