"BRESCIA 15 GEN.", L3 auf 3 Kreuzer rot auf schwach geripptem Handpapier, Type Ia,  in wertstufengleicher Mischfrankatur mit 15 Centesimi rot, Handpapier, Type I, beide farbfrisch und voll- bis meist breitrandig, auf Briefstück. Ganz leichte und laut Fotoattest Ferchenbauer (2006) unbedeutende  waagerechte Wellung. Ein attraktives und außerordentlich seltenes Stück in sonst einwandfreier Erhaltung.
