1903年9月14日清二次雙片，正背面齊全，自濟南寄德國。背面有精美彩色手繪。加貼蟠龍1分及5分票各一枚，銷藍色濟南橢圓形日戳，旁蓋上海中國郵局、法國客郵局中轉戳和德國到達戳。正片及回片分離重接。上品。
