Liuyang was liberated on Jul 19. This is a post-liberation usage example of Basic Stamps.

1949年8月22日自湖南瀏陽官渡寄長沙封，背面貼湖南銀圓基數1分、印花改值4分票各1枚，合5分銀圓，符合國內平信郵資，銷湖南瀏陽官渡「代」郵局日戳，旁蓋湖南長沙到達戳。瀏陽於7月19日已解放，此乃解放後沿用基數票的例子。
