1898年9月8日杭州大方伯医院寄英國混貼封，正背面混貼日本版蟠龍1角1枚（左下角盖有防盗私章）及香港票5先2枚，分別銷八卦戳及上海英國客郵局日戳。正面另蓋有杭州大圓戳。背面蓋有上海中转大圓戳。
