mixed franking with CIP 10c x 2 and Hong Kong QV 20c, tied by Ichang Dollar cds. (with conversed "N" variety) and Shanghai Br. PO cds. respectively. On reverse with Shanghai Dollar cds., Hong Kong transit and France arrival. The HK stamp faulty at corner, generally VF-F.
1899年1月23日宜昌寄法國混貼封，混貼蟠龍1角票2枚及香港票20仙1枚，分別銷宜昌大圓戳（反“N”变异）及上海英國客郵局日戳。背面蓋有上海大圓戳、香港中轉戳及法國到達戳。香港票右下角破损，整体上品。
