Doar Ivri as postage due cover.   This cover features a piece of postal history showcasing a 15mil Doar Ivri stamp (Scott #3) cancelled with a Haifa May 31st, 1948 circular date stamp (cds). Affixed to the cover is a 20mil Doar Ivri stamp, utilized as postage due.
Additionally, a Box cachet indicating "to pay 20mils" is present. The tabbed 20mil Doar Ivri stamp is used to cover the deficiency, taxed at double the deficiency rate (2 x 10p). It bears two "T" handstamps and is cancelled with the same Haifa May 31st, 1948 cds.
