Nahariya, 16.5.1948, Interim Period Registered Cover with mixed franking, including 5m and 20m “Doar Ivri” stamps, tied with round Nahariya postmark “מנהלת העם” in blue. Also franked with two 10m Nahariya Emergency Mail imperforate stamps from an uncut double sheetlet, tied by the Nahariya special postmark “הגליל הבערבי המנותק- דרך הים” dated 16.5.48. May 16, 1948, is the day of issue for both the Nahariya Emergency Mail and the 1948 1st Coins-Doar Ivri set. Scarce.
