Study of issues arranged on stock and album pages in binder; starting with a section of seven 1858 essays, regular issues with 7 mint ½g issues and a possible used (cat $4,000 if genuine), 19 1g green issues with an additional pair on cover, over 30 2g issues mostly used including a single franking cover, 16 5g singles in shades including unused brick red (Sc. #14b, cat $3,250), dozen 10g values with mint and signed used, half dozen 20g values with mint and 50g with five mint singles, some forgery and fake cancel items; condition varies with many 4-margin stamps and signed items.
