Plymouth" and bearing France 1870, 30c, 40c Bordeaux issues prepaying the fully prepaid 70c per 10 gram rate, first tied by "532" diamonds and Bordeaux (3.20) cds, red London (3.22) transit with "2 Cents" credit h.s., top edge flaws; second cancelled by "11" diamonds and with Brest (5.4) cds, red London (5.8) transit with "2" credit h.s., letters from Lt. Cdr Bartlett J. Cromwell, Executive Officer of the Ship to his wife; some stamp flaws, F.-V.F., a scarce pair.
