1897, 3 Cds. chrome yellow, SECOND DOWAGER PRINTING, unfolded block of 4 with original gum, vibrant colour, two hinge remnants on upper and lower pair with large part of thin original gum (some ageing), horizontal perf. line slightly shifted, otherwise of fresh and fine appearance. Only few multiples of the second printing are believed to exist. Chan 24 S, SG 27 (Gibbons catalogue value £ 7,200).
