German Navy Mails No. 65" dater to Schnelldorf/Bavaria w. 12 Aug 01 arrival. On reverse painting of blue dragon. - The sender pasted used stamps, then had them cto again (same date) and mailed by free of charge german navy mail (red endorsement). Similiar examples are known.
