1898, coiling dragon 4 C. tied tombstone "Chengtingfu/post office" with 5 C. salmon tied bold "R" on registered cover to Kaifengfu, but not delivered and after one month returned to Peking, official return paper tag with four tombstone markings of Kaifengfu, Shuntehfu (red), Chengtingfu and Paotingfu. On reverse four tombstones inc. "Changtehfu/post office" plus oval bilingual arrival "PEKING JUN 18 1902". Horizontal crease slifghtly affecting stamps, a well travelled cover.
