1863, 30 Pa. blue, handstruck from single dies on white wove paper as single franking on return receipt from BUCURESC I I 28/9 to PLOESCI, signed there on 30/9 and sent back on OCT 1. The receipt shows a smoothened vertical bend going through the stamp.
