1900-1920's ca.- PICTURE POSTCARDS: Collection of about 150 picture postcards, coloured or black & white, with a special part of cards depicting Post Offices from various places as from Coronation Durbar 1911, from Rangoon, Quetta, Murree, Meerut, Simla, Srinagar, Lahore, Ranikhet, Bareilly, Cherat, Ahmednagar, also one card showing P&T Office in Basra, and others from the big cities Bangalore, Bombay, Calcutta etc., followed by many other cards with various scenes as 'Opening of the Godaveri Bridge by H.E. Lord Curzon', or temples, palaces, hotels, railway stations, native people and animals as sacred cows or elephants, etc., also some interesting frankings (stamps with perfins), good destinations like Canada, USA etc., one card from the 1924 Mount Everest Expedition, and last but not least some Bazaar cards (mixed condition). A very interesting collection of picture postcards, almost all different.
