1940, 2 March - 14 June, Polish Forces on the Western Front (France), collection of ten field post covers/cards on written up album pages (one cover with included letter), showing a good range of military cachets, registered letter from Bressuire (mistakenly correlated to Brussels/Belgium), censorings, messages (incl. a letter signed by 18 sodiers!) etc. On 19 June 1940 the Polish Forces in France entered Switzerland and were detained for the rest of the war. Very rarely offered pieces of postal history!
