Biscuits and Chocolates (SA)', printed 'SECOND CLASS MAIL MATTER' and at lower left 'BLOTTER PLEASE TURN OVER', used from Mt.Gambier to Stockport, upper right corner slightly creased & minor traces of usage, otherwise fine condition.
