1865 20c on 15c blue, surcharge inverted, tied by "Savona 22 Gen 1866" cds on outer FL to Genova, with 25 January arrival pmk on back, stamp is centered to left, with intact perforations and good color, small repair (closed tear) at right, otherwise fine appearing example of the most classic and striking variety of the 19th Century Kingdom of Italy, with 1951 Oliva and 2017 Bottacchi certificates ("of the ten recorded examples, this is unique on cover") (Sass.25b, not priced on cover; catalogued €130,000 as used)
