Chalons 1868/78: 1 d. orange-vermilion, perf. 12, a used example on 1876 town letter with embossed Coat of Arms on flap, mailed within Brisbane and the adhesive lightly tied by Brunswick Star obliterator. Double arc "BRISBANE / Q-L" cds on obverse (Aug 24) in black. Illustrated and listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 77.
