Saltillo 1868: 12 c. blue on pink, imperforate (Inv. 30-70), used on 14 Sept 1870 entire letter to Monclova, neatly tied by unlisted circular "CIENEGAS" handstamp with fancy framed "CORREOS / ADMON DE LOS DE / CIENEGAS" and straight line "FRANCO" handstamps also on obverse (Schatzkes fig. 1382A+1382B). Rare and most appealing entire.
