Emblems, a used example from base of sheet showing 'PRICE.' marginal imprint, tied to registered 1862 cover endorsed 'via Southampton' to Melbourne Post Office, Victoria by "WC1" obliterator in black with oval 'Registered / London' below Dec 19) in red. On arrival struck with REGISTERED / MELBOURNE in red (Feb 14, 1863) and ADVERTISED / AND / UNCLAIMED in black. Reverse with manuscript 'P.O. Strandool'. Postage 6 d. under ½ ounce + Registration 6 d. A few imperfections but an attractive and unusual cover.
