Austrian PO's in Dobrudja, Sulina 1867: Prepaid cover to London endorsed "Via Vienna & Ostend" struck with fine "SULINA" circular datestamp (Feb 4) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 839) with straight line "FRANCO" at left. Framed "P.D." in red and reverse with Austrian P.O. "GALATZ" cds (Feb 7), Vienna cds (Feb 16) and London arrival (Feb 18) in red. Slight opening tear but a scarce and appealing cover. Ex collection Sassower.
