1865: Registered cover to Cartagena with 50 c green (large figures) from the right of the sheet tied by "Certification a Bogota / Salio en.. de.. ", registry handstamp in red with date '"17 Mayo" inserted in manuscript with several "0" markings around the edges and "DIRREC. JEN. DE CORREOS" cancel on the reverse, both in red.
