1867/68: Condor 10 c. brown, a used vertical pair, positions 65/78 from the lower right corner of the sheet, used on 1868 cover from La Paz endorsed 'per Tacna' to Arequipa, Peru tied by bold strike of "CORREO DE LA PAZ / RB" circular datestamp (Jan 31) in black. A magnificent and rare franking for the single letter rate under 10 grams. Cert. Moorhouse (2009).
