1858/1926: Nine covers, five sent to France unpaid with varied routes including one via New York, a range of charge marks / handstamps, one forwarding agent, including very attractive 1858 Pharmacy advertsing illustrated lettersheet from Havana; another envelope with enclosed letter headed up 'Brig d'Olivier, rade de la Havane' with interesting content; also a 1887 cover franked with 1 c. grey-green (2nd retouch - Scott 121), tied by violet "Communicaciones / Guantanamo" sent to USA at the Printed Matter rate with cut corner to envelope; two 1889/90 advertising envelope 'La Propangada Literaria' sent to the same address in New York one franked with 5 c. mauve the other a 2½ c. green taxed with USA postage due 5 c. adhesive applied extremely eye catching examples and a 1928 wreck mail envelope from the 'Fokker F-7 General Machado' recovered by the SS Legionnaire; an interesting and varied group, mostly fine.
