1899: 1 c. ochre and 5 c. green, overprinted "E.F. / 1899" (Estado Federal) in blue, unused, half sheets of fifty, with marginal one side and base, the 1 c. with original gum, some perf. separation, 1 c. slight toning, the 5 c. has a faint diagonal crease top corner, however scarce multiple Scott = $2350; come with a full sheet of twenty-five of the 1923 5 c. orange, handstamped overprint in black "Bo.", the Boliva Consular (SCADTA Scott CLB01), unused, small part of gum, most attractive with full marginal surround, scarce Scott = $375, an impressive trio of large multiples.
