1868 (August 18): Cover to Venlo, franked with 1858 5 ö. yellow green, 24 ö. orange and 1866 20 ö. vermilion, paying the combined 49 öre letter rate to the Netherlands via Prussia, adhesives tied by choice Askersund cds, the 5 öre dated 18 August, the 20 ö. and 24 ö. 19 August, these also tied by blue boxed "Franco". Reverse with Södra St. Banan (19 Aug), Stralsund/Berlin railway transit (20 Aug) and Venlo receiver (21 Aug), a few small adhesions to obverse, piece torn from back flap, a most attractive and scarce franking.
