Austrian P.O. 1867: 10 s. blue, a single example used on 1869 entire letter to Philippopolis (Plovdiv), neatly tied by fine strike of "SOFIA" circular datestamp (July 29) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 864). A fine and scarce internal usage.
