Second French Occupation (1807-1809/1814) 1810 (April 14): Entire letter from the Colonel commanding the 2nd Italian Regiment of the Line in Corfu to the Minister of War in Milano, endorsed "Servizio Militare" at top in manuscript, struck with framed "3rd Tassa" in red and very fine strike of circular "POSTA SETTINSULARE / CORFU" in blue-green ink. A fine and rare entire.
