Russian P.O. in Beirut 1867 (July 29): Ingoing Entire letter from Tripoli directed to Beirut, sent privately and posted on arrival bearing ROPiT 1866 2 pi. blue & rose, tied by rhomboid numeral ‚783‘ of Beirut and matching „PORT BEIRUT“ (July 29, month inverted) cds (Tchilinghirian figs 216 & 217), both in blue, the datestamp struck in addition on reverse.
