Israel 1948 Interim - Nahariya first day of the 5th slogan type postmark April 12 1948 on printed matter cover mailed to Haifa (5th slogan type p/m was in use between April 12-20 1948).  3 Mil Mandate stamp added in Haifa, tied by Mandate p/m of April 15 1948. Back flap is unslead  as required for printed matter cover (but stuck to inside of the cover). VF & scarce as Nahariya printed matter covers are seldom seen .
