Frank on reverse with 2 Piastre stamp tied by Larnaca p/m 18.2.1949, short paid with handstamp on front "T"  13 1/2 C, Tax upon arrival with 10 Mil Israel postage due stamp (Sc#J3) tied by Rehovot p/m 4.3.1949. VF. Scarce early correspondence between 2 banks.
