28/SE/1936 Leicester - Berlin - Argentina, airmail cover franked with 4S. sent by Germany DLH, on back there are transit mark of Berlin (30/SE) and Buenos Aires arrival 4/OC. The address was incorrect and the "Office of Deciphers" in Buenos Aires got involved to find the addressee, excellent quality!
