BUENOS AIRES CITY: Year 1918, 54 UNUSED BLOCKS OF 4 with original gum (some stamps are unmounted), values between 1c. and 4,000P., mounted with hinges on pages of a very old collection, possibly UNIQUE. At the time, the collector must have paid a little fortune to obtain these unused blocks, considering their face value. Very fine general quality, some can have minor defects.
