Red River Settlement: 1855, „Pembina M.T. 2.March1855“, manuscript postmark and „Paid 10 cts.“ to small envelope with handwritten endorsement „Care of Dr. Burns…“ and red handstamp „U.STATE PAID 6d.“ to Toronto with arrival mark and manuscripted „Recd. March 20th 1855“ on front, transported in parts by dog sled mail, small part of flip missing, otherwise fine, rare
