1954年11月16日貼全套紀28蘇聯展覽會及特10軋鋼廠票掛號封，自上海寄香港集郵家石少東，銷上海三格漢英日戳，旁蓋上海海關駐郵局辦事處第二號驗訖章，背面另蓋有上海日戳及橢圓形郵電部上海郵局郵匯營業課戳記。查特10和紀28發行日期分別為1954年10月1日和11月7日，極接近發行日期的郵局官方實寄封。上品。
