1902年3月清二次雙片之囘片，自山東高密寄俄國，混貼蟠龍2分、4分、5分票各一枚和德國膠州客郵5芬尼2枚，分別銷少見之高密郵政局碑型戳和青島德國客郵局日戳，旁蓋膠州半切中轉戳和俄國到達戳。
