1949, A commercial registered cover, properly stamped with 40 mils, dispatched between branches of the Bank Anglo Palestine Co. from Safad to Haifa. The cover features a horizontal pair of 20 mil stamps canceled with a Safad postmark dated April 8th, 1949. It includes a registration label on the front and bank tape sealing the back flip of the cover. Both departure and arrival postmarks are present on the back
