1912-21 KGV set 1c-500R, wmk mult crown, with SPECIMEN violet h/s local opt type K3 (22x2.5mm) which was used for presentation sets (instead of the black DLR type opt used for UPU distribution). Superb fresh MNH. SG 44s-63s(var) cat £3600+ for M, should be at least double, £7200 MNH, plus premium for the rare violet opts (while normals cat £56,825 for M).
