Impressed Duty: 1895 QV Chalon set 3d-£500 wmk crown Q perf 12. Mostly F-VF fresh with nice LH original gum, £500 appears mint but is regummed, most others CTO with blank circular cancels, while 22 stamps have SPECIMEN h/s opts inc inverted! -some with blank circular cancel, most fully mint. Bft 1-63 cat £400+ for CTO while these very rare SPECIMEN opts are unpriced either in Bft or Elsmore. (63) (P)
