A fine used example from Carlisle to London with die 2 1d rose-red on white paper (SG40) lettered IC tied neat CARLISLE/165 duplex JY 2 58. Very slight soiling but a most attractive envelope in blue promoting General Tom Thumb who ws trained by Barnum for his circus. Very rare.
