SASANIAN KINGDOM: Hormizd I, 272-273, AR drachm (3.69g), G-36, ribbons from both the crown & his hair-ball, right attendant holds diadem, ex-mount & a few chips at the rim, Fine, RR. Not a particularly attractive example, but an affordable specimen to fill the gap for the second rarest ruler of the Sasanian dynasty (Queen Azarmidukht is the only ruler whose coins are rarer).
