First time seen as this Banque de France type and a great addition to any french banknote collection. The vignette of this note was originally designed for a not-adopted 100 Francs banknote in 1970. Special about this test note is that it was additionally overprinted with Specimen seals and Specimen writing by De La Rue on front and back side. Usually they are only seen without these overprints.
