Very interesting and highly rare set of uncut pairs for the 5000 Francs ND(1992) Test note of the Banque Nationale de Belgique, P.NL, first is an uncut uniface plate proof pair with the portrait of Zenobe Gramme but without underprint colors PCGS graded 66 Gem New PPQ, second one is the uncut partial print proof pair without the portrait just the underprint colours and the word TESTBILJET also PCGS graded 66 Gem New PPQ and third one is an uncut pair of the watermark paper for this test note with the solid security thread PCGS graded 64 Very Choice New (3 x 2 uncut proofs)
